Volunteer for No Limits North Brevard
It is going to take a lot of people helping in a lot of ways in order to make this event a huge success! Here are the various ways you can get involved:
Prayer Counseling Team
Be one of the first to meet with people as they are making decisions that will change their life forever. We are expecting hundreds to respond to Nick’s message during each event and as a member of the Prayer Counseling Team you will have the opportunity to help them solidify their decisions. As long as you have a healthy relationship with Jesus Christ and the ability to help people walk the path for the first or 10th time toward that end, then this is a perfect place for you to volunteer!
You will need to stay about 1 hour after the service. We need 150 time slots filled in this area.
Childcare Team
It’s simple. If people know their kids are safe and well cared for, then they will be more relaxed and able to engage in Nick’s message. You will be assisting the lead teacher in classrooms with children ages 6 weeks through 10 years old. This includes, but is not limited to, providing a safe and loving environment, playing with children, doing arts and crafts and simply taking care of any needs that might arise.
You will need to arrive 45 min before each service and stay until the childcare coordinator releases you! We need 100 time slots filled in this area.
NOTE: Childcare will not be provided at Friday’s Youth Rally.
Parking Team
Getting on and off campus quickly and efficiently will be critical before and after each service. Join the team that will ensure that the traffic flows smoothly. We will have a short training session, approximately one week prior to the event, familiarizing each volunteer with the layout of the campus.
You will need to arrive 1 hour before the event start time. We need about 90 time slots filled in this area.
Greeters
If you have no problem smiling and saying “Welcome, Glad you're here” to a complete stranger, you have what it takes to be a greeter. Multiple greeters will be available by every entrance to our building to welcome guests, answer any questions and hand out programs.
You will need to arrive 45 min before each service. We need about 85 time slots filled in this area.
Ushers
Seating as many people as possible into a limited amount of space takes a special gift of grace and hospitality. We are looking for ushers who can help guests find seats in the main sanctuary and overflow rooms upon arrival. Additionally, ushers will also be available throughout the service in order to take up a special offering.
You will need to arrive 45 min before each service. We need about 90 time slots filled in this area.
Resource Tables
Work at Nick’s resource tables before and after each service.
You will need to meet at the resource tables 30 min before each service and stay about 30 min after. We need about 30 time slots filled in this area.
Cleanup Crew
You will be part of the team who makes the campus look so wonderful and pristine! After each service, you will do a ‘clean sweep’ throughout the sanctuary, gym and restrooms, ensuring that the premises are free of trash and clutter. This may include trash pick up, vacuuming, straightening of the pews/chairs and light cleaning of the restrooms.
We need you to stay about 30 min after each service. We need 50 time slots filled in this area.
Media Team
As a part of the media team you will be able to ensure that people are able to hear and see Nick from anywhere on campus and via our live web and television feeds.
We need people to operate the Sound Boards, Lights, Cameras, Computers, Live Stream & Cable TV Feed, along with nightly setup and teardown. No prior training is required to work with us because we will train you in anything you would need to know and make sure that we find just the right spot for you to help in!
You will need to check in with the production team 45 min before each service. We need 60 times slots filled in this area.
