The Social Action Team is responsible for keeping PABC members informed on issues impacting our members and their families. Team members may participate in activities of their choice.

What we do

Some of the projects of the Social Action Team are:

  • Voter Registration
  • Distribution of Christian Voter Guides
  • Organizing petition drives and signing petitions
  • Distribution of significant mail to PABC staff members
  • Participating in Annual Life (Right to Live) Chain
  • Communicating the stance of Park Avenue Baptist Church to our elected officials in government positions in regards to issues such as: abortion and homosexuality
  • participating and conducting Blood Donor drives through the Space Coast / Central Florida Blood Bank
  • Supporting the “Choose Life” license plate program to assist adoption efforts in crisis pregnancy centers, maternity home and related activities in Brevard County
